- CONFIRMAR el auto de fecha treinta y uno (31) de marzo de dos mil seis (2006), por medio del cual se rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad contra la expresion "Lo anterior siempre y cuando tales personas naturales, cumplan los requisitos legales minimos relacionados con el respectivo analisis del riesgo crediticio" del inciso 2o del literal n) del articulo 1o de la Ley 795 de 2003, formulada por el ciudadano Andres Gomez Roldan.
